Where can I buy a ticket?
You can buy tickets/season passes for home matches at the Barys arena ticket office.
I paid for the order, but haven't received ticket to my email address
You can download the electronic ticket form in your personal account on the website https://tickets.hcbarys.kz "MY ORDERS".
Possible reasons why you did not receive an email with an e-ticket:
- Too little time has passed since the payment of the ticket (there may be a delay in sending, but the ticket becomes available in your personal account almost immediately).
- Invalid email address. Make sure that you check the email that was specified as your username on https://tickets.hcbarys.kz.
- The email was placed in the spam folder.
I can't open my tickets
Tickets are sent by e-mail in pdf format.
PDF is intended for printing a ticket from a computer to a printer and for uploading it to a smartphone for reading a bar code through a turnstile.
Install Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other program that supports PDF files.
I can't pay for my ticket on the website
You need to check your Bank card. Only Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for payment, other cards are not supported.
- Check with the Bank that serves your card whether the Internet payment service is enabled.
- Your card may have a limit on online purchases.
When placing an order, you are asked to enter your card details in your personal account on the site.
- You need to clear the cache and delete cookies. After cleaning, go to the site and re-create the order.

In the Chrome app
- Open the Chrome app on your Android device.

I did not receive an SMS when paying
Sending SMS to your phone is regulated by the Bank that issued your card.
Possible reasons why you didn't receive an SMS:
- Sometimes the message reaches the subscriber within 1-2 minutes. Please wait.
- There is no cellular connection. Try disabling/enabling it in your phone's settings or restarting your device.
Can I exchange an e-ticket for a regular one?
This exchange option is not possible.
Is it necessary to print out an e-ticket?
You may not print out the e-ticket. You can open it on your smartphone and attach it to the turnstile scanner in the Barys Arena MIS. (Exception: When conducting playing offs, the presence of a printed electronic ticket is required).
I bought 2-6 tickets for the match, and each ticket has my last name on it. Can my friends use these tickets?
Yes, they can. Each ticket will need to be attached to the turnstile scanner at the entrance to the Barys Arena MIS.
I lost my ticket/season pass. How to restore it?
- If you lose your season pass, you need to go to the Barys Arena Ticket Office with your ID and fill out an application regarding the loss of your season pass. Reissuance of the season pass is paid. The lost season pass is blocked.
- If you bought a ticket at https://tickets.hcbarys.kz., then just re-download it in your personal account in "MY ORDERS".

What can I bring with me to the arena?
Drinks, ice cream, chips and other food are not allowed in the arena
In the Ice Palace it is forbidden:
- It is forbidden to bring any type of weapons, piercing and cutting objects, pyrotechnics of all types, glass and plastic containers, food (including drinks, ice cream), filthy items, large items (except for items of fan merchandise), as well as other items that may interfere with the spectators and the normal course of the match;
- It is forbidden to have photo, video and TV shooting using professional equipment in the arena;
How can I attend a match in a wheelchair?
Before attending the match, you must purchase 1 ticket for the accompanying person. Then you need to go to a designated area at sector A12.
Since how many years can children go alone to Ice Stadium?
Are children allowed to attend matches at Barys Arena MIS without an adult accompanying them?
Children can attend matches without their parents from the age of 14.
I want to take a child to the match, will they let him/her in?
You can take a child of any age with you.
Children under 7 (up to and including 6 years) can attend the match for free, without providing a separate seat.

To register on the ticket site, you need to follow the link https://tickets.hcbarys.kz/ then click on the Registration button and fill in the required fields. Follow the link to get acquainted with the rules for processing personal data. Check the box for consent.
